I'm trying to register an account on E+, but am having trouble due to not being able to provide the correct formats for things like the zip and phone number. Since I'm living in the US, I have a US phone number and an address that isn't in any of Japan's prefectures. An error keeps occurring that according to Google Translate, it says "[Mobile phone number] Please enter in the correct format." When not translated, it says [携帯電話番号]は[正しい形式]で入力してください。Is there anything I can do to at least bypass the requirements?

If they won't use it to confirm your account or something, you should be able to put any valid number in there. Here's an old number of mine you can try.
090-9805-9662.

Apparently it is possible:

There are limitations on how you can pay and how you can pick up tickets.

Can you post screenshots? I don't feel like going through their registration process just so I can see what you're talking about.

Also, I just read the link that was included in your reply. Would that mean I'd have to find someone in Japan to have the ticket sent to? I've heard of places that can get Japan-only products sent to the states, if I'm not wrong.

If the number hasn't been registered onto the site, it should work. Otherwise, it'll ask me to confirm the number if it's being used on a different account.

I had to google E+ to even figure out what an E+ is, so I have no idea what their policies are. It may be possible to pick them up at a convenience store or at the venue or something.

Are you including hyphens in your phone number? If so, leave them out.

I looked into it a bit more and it said that the only convenience stores that pick up tickets are in Japan.

On the hyphen issue, it had a certain character limit so I stopped including hyphens.
