So, you're seeking a solution to a problem that not only are you not a party to, but one that the actual parties involved aren't even aware exists....because it doesn't.

Since you're not averse to parading stupidity, start another float down the route by explaining to us under just what grounds people from Country A currently living in Country B....suffering neither privation or persecution in either place and free to go back to Country A unhindered at any time they choose....would have for asking Country C to take them in as refugees.
