It's the japanese skin nature, not something they use to be like this.
Chemical products are not good for your skin,i mean don't rely on them..

Hi-tech cosmetics (developed for high definition TV) and Photoshop.

Seriously, good skin quality is associated with high humidity in its climate.
Things are changing, though, with stress and lifestyle in modern living.
Youthful looks, I think, applies to Asians in general, not just Japanese.

This guy uses Proactive. Maybe it could do the same for you?

Every time you go to the toilet, wash your face with warm water (NO SOAP!) after you have washed your hands. It will prevent spots and give you beautifully clear skin by keeping grease out of your pores.

Don't use harsh facial soaps. Moisturize on a daily basis- work out your skin type (dry, oily, combination etc) and look after it accordingly. Avoid scented moisturisers or soaps (these irritate skin)- the more natural soaps/moisturisers are, the better they are for your skin. Wash your face on a regular basis, but be sure not to over-wash it- even washing it in plain warm water is good for a quick clean.

Exfoliate on a regular (but not too regular) basis, like say a few days a week.

Eat a healthy diet- lots of fresh fruit & veg everyday (vitamin C is vital for healthy clear skin). Cut down on deep fried foods, dairy products like cream & cheese, and chocolate/sweets.

Exercise on a regular basis (everyday or every other day), cardiovascular exercises are the best- this helps improve your circulation, hormone balances and skin oil production. All this combined keeps your skin healthier and helps it heal better (helping it also stay looking younger for longer too).

Get a good nights sleep- sleep is the primary time when your body heals itself.

If you wear makeup, then make sure you wash it off properly (particuarly if you use foundation or waterproof makeup).

Manage your stress levels- being stressed can increase skin oil production and so can cause spots (which can make you more stressed lol). Manage your stress levels well and your body will be healthier for it :) .

If you suffer from spots, then try and keep your hair clipped away from your face- fringes make greasy foreheads etc. While you may not want to have your spots on display, cover them up and they'll get worse. Let your skin breath and it will be less oily.
Also indentify your type of spots- acne cannot not be rid by simply washing your skin a lot, the blockage starts deep in the pores beyond the reach of soaps and is a hormal issue. Seeking your doctors advice about how to treat your acne is the best plan of action. While some spots are definitely caused by not washing the skin enough, a great deal of teenage spots are caused by hormonal issues and have to be dealt with by other means (like perscribed medications) or by simply letting the hormones sort themselves out as time goes by etc.

Hope this helps ^_^v !

Not being a teenager.
Oof ๐Ÿ˜”โœŒ๐ŸฝI use Cerave and a Pond's heavy moisturizer and that does it for me. Different people have different skin though.

Old age can be almost as bad as the teen years. You get skin tags and moles and brown age spots all over along with crows foot eyes and a sagging turkey neck. I try to stay away from mirrors , LOL.
