Judging from alot of forums where i read about how foreign guys love Jgirls, i get the feeling lots of you have japanese girlfriends or wish and plan to have. So if foreign guys are mating alot with Jgirls, will we see a drastic change in the make up of Japanese population in the near future?

Mating? You make it sound like a were talking about a colony of Japanese and the effects that interracial breeding will have on the them.
Note: Foreign-male/Japanese-Female marriage rates are still far, far below that of Japanese-Japanese marriage rates, and aren't increasing at a huge rate.

There are indubitably lots of Caucasian-Japanese couples (millions probably), but how many of them actually end up having children ? 5% ? 10% ? It will have an impact on the overall future population, but still fairly limited in the short term (= next 20 or 30 years).

Mac's right, the amount of those couples that actually stay together long enough and in Japan to have kids is pretty low.

I wouldn't worry about that. Japan is like 98% Japanese. Because compared to the USA, which is 80%White (Various Europeans), 12%Black, and 13%Spanish, unlike America Japan is not what you would call ﾂ"Diverseﾂ".
So I wouldn't worry about it.

Unless the 1/2 Japanese 1/2 foreign couples start having kids at a tremendous rate the impact will be minimal. Also, when the mixed race kids get older and have their own kids, chances are that they won't be in Japan or will have kids with Japanese which will lessen the impact even further

This is sort of like asking if cell phone radiation will slowly evolve human beings into creatures with gigantic craniums which can telepathically move objects...
There is no evidence that there is an INCREASE in interracial marriage, let alone, child birth, and even so, there isn't enough that it's going to make some sort of dent into the general makeup of Japan's demographic.

Children notwithstanding, here are the stats for international marriages involving a Japanese.
For Japanese husband with a American wife, we actually see a dramatic decrease in the last 15 years. The latest stats in date for a Japanese husband with a British wife are also the lowest. Brazilian wives are also on the decrease. The only tremendous increase in for Japanese men taking a Chinese wife (more than 5x higher in 2003 than in 1985).
The other way round, more and more Japanese women are choosing a foreign husband, except for Korea which is stable. The 2nd most popular nationality for foreign husbands after the Koreans (probaly born in Japan, so it doesn't really count) are the Americans. However, with only 1,529 marriages in 2003, Japanese wife-American husband couples still only make up a tiny percentage of all marriages (740,191 in 2003). In 2003, 5% of all Japanese marriages involved a foreign spouse, but not necessaarily from another ethnicity, as the Koreans and Chinese make up half of all international couples.

From those statistics, it looks like foreign coupling is still strongest in Japanese-Asian relationships, and that all types of these couplings are increasing in time, I think as would be expected...
I'm incorrect in saying there was "no evidence...", but I think that I'm just trying to debunk the idea that somehow there is a "trend" that is on the rise of Western men desiring Japanese women, and I don't know how one can relate this to anything except changing social mores.
If I see more black men dating white women, I don't say, that it is becoming more popular for black men to date white women, but that the social acceptance of this is changing, and the more that this happens in society, the more society begins to see it, and accept it.

I don't have any statistics, but I would guess that only a small minority of those end up making Japan their permanent home. Most tend to leave by the time their kids reach the age to go to school.
