As some know, College Board is finally making an AP Japanese Language and Culture exam. The course will be offered in the fall of 2006 and the first test will be administered in the spring of 2007. The test will consist of everything in Japanese, except the directions. This AP exam is based off of the "Standards for Japanese Language Learning," which is found in the "Standards for Foreign Language Learning in the 21st Century."

Part A: Listening Comprehension 25 minutes
Part B: Passages for Reading Comprehension 1 hour
