Writing an email (in japanese) to my japanese teacher requesting for a make up class

I'm having a lot of trouble writing an email to japanese teacher (this is actually graded lol. But it is a serious email). Below is what I've written so far:

~先生,
こんにちわ。日本語２のＡ6の(myname)です。
わたしはあさってほかのモジュルの ｍａｋｅ－ｕｐ ｌａｂｏｒａｔｏｒｙ ｓｅｓsion があります. さいごのｌａｂｏｒａｔｏｒｙ ｓｅｓｓｉｏｎですから、いかなければなりません。ですから (how can i phrase it in a way to not repeat desukara so soon)、こんしょう１２時から２時までのチュートリアルＡはいけません。（How to say'Ｉ'ｍ ｒｅａｌｌｙ ｓｏｒｒｙ', or is there sth better I can put to express my apologies）

(As such?) あしたＡ３のｍａｋｅ－ｕｐクラスは行ってもいいですか。 (is this the right thing to say to ask for permission for sth like this?)

(how do i end? With thank you or yoroshikuonegaishimasu or sth else)

こんにちは。日本語２のＡ６の(myname)です。わたしはあさってほかのモジュールの make‐up laboratory session があります。さいごのlaboratory sessionですから、行かなければなりません。ですから、こんしゅう○ようび１２時から２時までのチュートリアルＡには行けません。かわりにあしたＡ３のmake‐upクラスに行ってもいいでしょうか/行ってもかまいませんか。もうしわけありませんが、よろしくおねがいします。

The first ですから is not a conjunction, so you don't need to worry about the repeating.
かわりに means "instead".
行ってもいいでしょうか is more polite than 行ってもいいですか.
