Workcamp in Japan

Hello everyone.
Nice to find the forum
This summer i will be in Japan participating in 2 workcamps.
One in Tokyo (Tokyo-to Jido kaikan) and one in Hanawa,Fukushima (Toro Nagashi).The dates are 20-30 July and 3-18 August.
Has anyone participated ever before in these workcamps or going to this summer?
Its going to be my first time in Japan and i would appreciate any infos and help!

your dates almost match my departure / arrival dates to Japan this summer, but I have also not been there before.

But what is a workcamp, I mean, what should I imagine with that?
Is it temporary job for a company, farm industry? Lol, sry I just have no idea...

The workcamps i am saying are international voluntary projects.
Voluntary Works.Normally for 6-8 hours in a day and 5 days in a week. The types of works are varied.

I havent decided yet the dates of arrival/departure.I have to be there on 20 July (but maybe i will go earlier to see some of the Japan) and i finish from the second workcamp on 18 August but thinking to stay some more days in Japan.

After i finish the workcamp i decided to stay 7 more days to Japan.I have a couple of questions.
Should i spent all of them in Tokyo or visit something else too?
Can someone give me like 10 things i MUST do while in Japan?
please!!!

i am leaving 15 July so need advices quick!
