I Think I Got It Figured Out !!!!
He is really the J-BOT having fun with us!! His AI program has run amuck!! He sits all day scanning the server for our posts. Then, when it figures out what will push our buttons it sends these posts out!! Here we are going nuts over jim83 and it's our old friend J-BOT !!!

They reinstated it a few weeks back. It is an artificial intelligence program designed to talk to you. It has a info base of over 4000 things. It gives standard answers to things you ask it. It is susposed to get smarter the more you talk to it. It's kind of in the 2 year old brain stage now; that's why i think it's really jim83, our own Forum robot turned against us!!

Gosh man you really ought to get your facts together before making such statements. I don't need to go past the German reference here. This is just Jewish propaganda as it keeps the money rolling in. No way most Germans live in shame over the actions of the Nazis in WW2. But I will say that you're making this statement shows the effectiveness that any political strategy can have when it controls media sources internationally. For instance it is little know and always will be that more Lithuanians were put to death in Russian concentration camps during that period than Jews were by the Nazis but Russia was an ally so that's that!

I am pretty sick of hearing this. It seems to be nothing more than an excuse to pound one's chest and act superior over one tiny bit of information (that is not even important...get to that later) and a purely made up social standard that has no relevance to anything but to try and divide those "in the circle" and those not. And its a bunch of bull of a kind I truly detest...social hierarchy one upmanship.
Plus you are damned if you do and damned if you don't, because if he started a new thread someone might, in the same chest pounding superior tone, point out that this one already exists and scream to STOP filling up the forum with redundant threads. ( a Mike Cash litany for sure).
But why not revive the thread? Lots of people were not here nine years ago and might have something to add. And other newer members might add to that. A lot of topics never die, and are perennial.
The past is often still relevant to today.
P.S. Yes I am aware the poster directly addressed someone in this old thread and that is foolish...sort of. Even when I address a poster directly I still consider it to be primarily directed at any and all readers.

Acting superior was not my intent, I was just telling them to pay attention next time, and if they really did think someone from 9 years ago was going to reply to them then I feel for their sanity.

Okay, but please don't take what I said as a direct personal accusation. It was more of a general comment. Old threads are fine IMHO, and so are responses to people who may no longer be active.

But to everyone who may read this, sumimasen. I was quite exited about finding JAPAN REFERENCE as I really love Japanese culture after having visited a number of times. Also having an old friend there who is onto his second Japanese wife and family makes me feel especially close. However if the forums here take this kind of aggressive tone I suppose it may be best to look elsewhere. Thanks to those who took time to point out the meaninglessness of high lighting my supposed lack of online understanding. I really appreciate that. ^_^

Was I trolling when I took offense at a comment that generalized Japanes people as being racist or just now when I argued the reasoning for posting on old threads?
P.s I'm a vegetarian and don't have an animal fetish so won.t be 'having a cow' anytime soon but thanks for the advice ;-D
If anyone took the time to actually read my last post and thought I was trolling then alls I can add is that in the interest of definitely not wanting to appear so no matter what type of insulting reply appears this one will not be answering.. And don't sweat the promise not to reply. Some people really leave you little choice because they misrepresent everything you said and stuff words in your mouth. And if you don't defend yourself they will steer others wrong.
