Well, although I am kind of outta age, but a permanent film viewer:
Takeshi Kaneshiro, yes,
then also:
Sabu, filmer and actor (own fotos, I know him)
and one of his actors, Susumu Terajima, also in "Brother" (Kitano)
or in "Blessing Bell" (Sabu):
or just like this:
the japanese Alain Delon, as some say?
not to forget Shinichi Tsutsumi in Monday (Sabu) for example
a bit later, you can also see Susumu on the right as one of the yakuzas, hehe, sorry, but I like some black humour in men. . .

ah, i had to join this site just because of this discussion!! 
me, personally, i think gackt is SEXY as anything i've ever seen, which i know a whole bunch of you are going to disagree with, but it's my honest opinion. i like the pretty guys because they make me feel happy inside - like they can connect with me, and i'll be able to rely upon them. also, gackt is amazingly talented (in my eyes adn ears) which i also like a whole lot.
plus, even though i'm a straight girl, i REALLY like the "pretty" look. I dunno why, but i think it's because i'm seriously in love with fairy tales, and Gackt reminds me of a prince.
a super-sexy prince who NO ONE else holds a candle to.

Then I also like Matsumoto Jun, he's very sexy and cute/beautiful

To me Sakurai Atsushi is the sexiest man alive. period.
He has all the "package" -no need to share the details- and even though he is so handsome he remains masculine.
Miyavi too is sexy but in a very different way, its his style I like and not the sexiness he has-too feminine for me. But Atsu Is Sexuality, he is a sex fiend- u can smell those pheromones even from Youtube!lol! *noisebleed
those damn promising eyes full of nightime sins and lust...damn u Atsu....*sigh
anyone else with the same taste??? lol

I definitely have to agree with you there!! Miyavi's pretty great too, but I still go with Gackt as my number one. He's too sexy. I don't personally like Mana all that much, though. I know everyone obsesses over him, but he's just not . . . it, I suppose, for me. He looks a helluva lot like a girl, for one. I like my guys beautiful, but not to the point of femininity. I think he's absolutely gorgeous, of course, but not my style.

Hmm . . . The thing about Hizaki is that he wears a bunch of makeup, dies his hair, seriously styles it, wears the most feminine clothes that he can lay his hands on, and all that junk. There are some pictures of him in which he isn't wearing NEARLY as much makeup and stuff, and he looks a helluva lot less girly. Especially with dark hair. He's probably really sexy when he actually looks like a MAN, but guys that are girlier looking than me turn me off.

I agree, Gackt is verry sexy.as i know,he's also model.i like Hyde too,he is verry sweet. Miyavi is also verry beautiful. Klaha (Masaki Haruna),the last vocalist of Malice Mizer,i think is also one from de good looking j-boys.
