I was born in Thailand. I grew up in Singapore. Both parents have different nationalities. So I consider myself as mixed multi-nationalities.

konnichiwa , Hello, Salut, (aslleme : arabic )

people from africa is a minority in this forum :( I am from tunisia, 24 years old, and want to continu my studies in Japan. This is the first time I use the forum to solve a small problem, and here is my request : the Monbukagakushu: MEXt scholarship as a research student : I need to fill in " fields of study in Japan" but I do not know what to write.
it's related to subjects which I will be able to study and research at Japanese universities. I am undergraduate student, and currently 3rd year not yet completed.

Hope to be your friend, and hope to recieve answers from you :)
Thanx to all

My roots and ethnicity are not important, but if you must know, I was born in northern Mexico, a border city to be precise. Lived there for almost 15 years. A couple of weeks before my 15th birthday. My parents were going through a tough phase in their relationship called cheating and we all decided to move to the Texan Metroplex (DFW). It will almost be 6 years since.
I belive I said too much.
Now I'm aiming to learn Japanese. But knowing how I am by nature, I probably will not learn it, ever. D:
Any tips on how to learn Japanese for FREE or for a low LOW COST?

I'm living in Saguenay. Saguenay is at 300 kilometers in North of Quebec City. It is a place where winters are long and cold and where summers are short and sometimes hot. Quebec is at 300 kilometers of Montreal so we can say I'm living at 600 kilometers in North of Montreal. And as you probably know, Quebec is a Canada province.
Here in Saguenay, the longue language of everybody is French and the bilinguism level is very low. My parents speak only French and my sister speaks French as its native language and a little bit English as a second language. I learnd English on the web and by playing video games but I'm still not bilingual. As I told you, I can't really practise English in my little town with a population of 3 000 people so that's why I went one month in Toronto last summer. I really learnd English a lot in my travel. Everyday, I make all my possible to get better in English. I'm already the first at school in my class and I think I'm not so bad.
From Quebec City, Saguenay is at 300 kilometers in front of those big mountains:

Here's a video of Saguenay from a airplane:

That's where I'm living!
