My very first post

My roots are Javanese "Indonesian", unfortunately I only know a few Javanese words . I want to learn the language though (for years now, but it still isn't happening..) and I'm also planning on studying Japanese at the university in Leiden.

And I'm a huge Kaneshiro fan...he's my real serious introduction to Japan..

I am a mixture of Beethoven and Mozart ﾂ… well, in a certain way. ;-) My father was Austrian and my mother was German, but I was born in Germany and have been lived in Germany only. For some years now at Nuremberg.
Since I have read a poetic, a wonderful, a magic book by Matsubara Hisako (ﾂ渉ｼﾅ陳ｴ窶ｹvﾅｽq) I am homesick for Japan. I have never been there though. The magic book is called ﾂ"Weg zu Japanﾂ" - she wrote it in German(!), its English title would be ﾂ"Way to Japanﾂ".
That explains my nickname, though ﾂ"fanﾂ" is much to weak a word for what I feel for Matsubara-san.
