What's it called?

I remember a video game in Japan but I don't remember its name. It's a two-player game so the screen is split into two games. What each player does is you try to gather these cute colorful bubbles (that have faces and some of them are crying) 3 or 4 of the same color in a horizontal row and they explode, sending ice (clear bubbles with faces) to the other player's side and at the top there's an indicator of how much ice is going to be dropped on each side. So what players would be looking for is to have combos, or a chain reaction of explosions. Those multiply the number of ice to be dropped significantly. You can clear the ice when as you explode the colored bubbles.

There was computer version called "Skittles" but google didn't turn up anything. So does anyone know the name for this video game? Thanks!
