Edmonton is in Alberta. Yeah, I'm a westerner -rolls eyes- I live in a prairie province and I hate the "capital" city. Damn Premier Ralhp Klien for favoring Calgary over Edmonton JSUT because he comes from htere! -continues angrily grumbling about the unfairness-

I heard it was illegal to even own a pet rat in the prairie provinces. Or, at least, in Alberta I think. 'Tis supposed to be 'rat-free' after all. Poor ratties!

I love all animals too, but there are some that I just... don't actually like. Like spiders, I'm not afraid of them, but I wouldn't want one as a pet. Snakes, I'd love to have one as a pet. And birds especially I simply love birds.

Oh, the purdy birdy That sounded so funny the way you had it typed in. lol But, he's a lutino cockatiel. Really small considering he's about 6 1/2 months old... He looked like he was more like 6 weeks old when we first got him. He was so small and kawaii.

I'm a bit afraid of spiders, but I might be able to have one as a pet...Although I don't really want to...

And I almost got a pet snake! My mom discouraged me though...So then I was supposed to get a gecko, but I never got one either. We bought everything for it and were even looking at different species and stuff, but he just never did.

Which is probably good. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have my precious Ryu-brat! -snuggles-

Of course you would, I'd probably do the same. Erm... well, if you want one more for something to look at/talk to only, then I guess you wouldn''t have to handle it... but if you're looking foir companionship, you'd probably have to handle it....

I kiss Liberty.... but he doesn't run He can't really fly either.... He doesn't even BITE us as if he's really serious! It's really different from our first 3 birds...

I could always get a really, really venomous, dangerous, aggressive species and then I'll have a half-way good excuse not to touch it...

My Ryu-brat only nibbles. I think it's because he's grooming me (or he just likes the taste of human flesh, however, I think I slightly prefer the first option there). He's only made me bled ONCE! xDD My (two) fingers were covered in blood...Which considering the scratch/bite (not sure which) mark wasn't even half an inch...
