Some Brazilian Jui-jitsu in Canada, and a bit of shoot-fighting in Japan.

I took kickboxing twice, but discontinued when I could barely walk to practice anymore (a 45 min walk). Just extremely sore muscles, so much so that I couldn't straighten my knees or lift my toes up for two days straight.

i've learned arnis from a university I attended to in the Philippines.. it's cool we use sticks or just bare hands in this martial art but not much kicking lol

our martial artist guru have students from here in the US, and some parts of Europe

Oh, my mistake I was talking about kendo, it was banned for a time in Japan, during the occupation. aand I was reffering to the Gunto, made for the Japanese officers.
