What kind of car do you drive

I have three cars: I drive a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4 door 4x4. My wife drives the 1994 Jeep Wrangler. I just bought a Hum-Lite kit car- a VW chasis, Mazda engine and a fiberglass hummer body. My son needs a car, so I don't know who will be driving what next week.

I have bought a brand new car!!

I have bought a new Toyota Yaris (5-door)......it will be delivered on the 31st and I can't wait!!!! :-) :-)
I will show you pictures soon......

Have been keen on cars all my life, which is why I now drive ..... wait for it....

....an absolutely filthy 1994 Chevrolet Lumina minivan .... with a necessary rebuilt engine and overhauled transmission (sigh! $$$$$$$$). I've had the old girl since she was new - and sort of, can't let go.......

And to think I used to drive an Austin Healey 3000 .... those were the days!

(If I ever win the lottery though, its gonna be Bugatti all the way!)

Regards,

Here's a picture of the car I drive at the moment, the Rolls Royce Phantom. What I would really like is a 2001 Hyundai Sonata :?

Well, I'm a slave to the whims of mass transit, but this is the car I'd LOVE to have:

VROOOOOOM!! God in heaven, what a ride! From the first time I saw that beauty on "Starsky & Hutch" waa-a-a-a-a-ay back in the 70's, it was love at first sight! Yeah, baby! Yeah!
:car:

Hey, Flashjeff !

That's bizarre !

I once owned a great 1976 "Gran Torino" - ex-cop car with a "worked over" 458c.i. engine, truck transmission and a low ratio back axle.

Bought her for 300 bucks ... as a second car for the wife !

We called her "Nellie"!

I once tried "flooring her" at 60 mph on the highway just outside Toronto ... she "fishtailed" and left two black streaks in the road ... ! Got 140 mph !

Helluva shopping car !

HA! That sounds wickedly cool! Did the wife like driving "Nellie"? If I had the bucks, and could find one, I'd have a car like the "Starskymobile" in a New York minute!

👍

That sounds sweet! I'd love to have my old car back...a '79 Pontiac Trans Am...I am still in love with that car!

Right now I have a Mazda RX-8. Rotary power! :D I was considering a few other cars like the S2000, Evo, STi, etc, but the deal I got on a leftover new 2004 was so insanely good I couldn't pass it up.

I drive a 1977 Volkswagon Kombi Bus (Camper). Yeah, it's a hippy-mobile, but I'm not a hippy. People thought I was when I had long hair. The weird thing is that my camper is the same age as I am (older than most people on this site). It's got the top that pops up, for a total of two beds, a sink with rusty orange water, a card table, and built in ice box - great for camping and road trips. It's in pretty good shape, but has been showing its age recently. Just doesn't have the get-up-and-go it used to have. It has its original engine and I'm not handy with cars and don't work on it, although I've been pretty good about keeping up on its repairs. I'm gonna try to keep it going until I'm done with school (about four years) and then when I get the dope job I'll buy something like a Jeep Cherokee (but more reliable). I've gotten used to being up high when I drive and looking down on other motorists.

A 2002 Toyota Solara for me and a 2005 Toyota Camry for the wife.

Finally, I got my new dream car...Toyota Yaris, metallic blue, 5-doors....(I received it 31st March).

I have been driving every day since, and it is a great car. Will take pictures and post by the end of this week.....
Watch this space!! 😊

Check the Gallery and you will see my car. :-)

2003 Focus SVT with all kinds of Engine Goodies.

My dream car would be a 1971 Buick GSX. My father had one when he was my age. Only 124 of them made. I really really wish he did not have to sell the car. :sorry: He had the White with Red pinstripes.

1995 Honda Civic CX Hatchback. The gas mileage makes it reasonable and the 5-speed makes it fun.
I also have a 2002 Suzuki SV650S. Since the weather just turned nice, I finally get to ride it.
