This is just something that has been floating around my head recently after learning about the dictators of the 1920's.
Is it better to have one leader (as in a dictator) and one political party ruling a country or is it better to have many different parties within one country e.g. in the UK, USA, France etc.

Too much power in one spot can be frighteningly dangerous.
