Are there any websites that can reliably translate English text into vertical Japanese text (traditional), in most likely Kanji rather than Hiragana or Katana, or, do horizontal translations convert to vertical easily enough? TIA!

Written Japanese will typically use hiragana for word endings, particles, and other parts of speech. Some Japanese words can only be rendered in hiragana. Just telling you this in the event you expect to see a wall of kanji, and are surprised to see some hiragana included in the text.

Its easy enough to covert it vertically, but you have to get the Japanese text first. So try something like DeepL to get your Japanese text. Then, you can try this tool to convert the horizontal text to vertical text. (It's not so great with long text strings).

If you have Japanese Word (or powerpoint, etc.) there is an option to insert a "vertical text" text box. You can plug your horizontal Japanese text into that text box, and it will orient it vertically.
