Hi!! As I am considering the possiblity of going to Japan I'd be grateful if someone could tell me if it is possible to work out there. It seem a very congested country and I need low traffic roads. Anybody is a triathlete or knows someone? Thanks!
It's busy, but there are many parks. I walked around Kishicho park every day and was lapped by the same jogger everyday. He ran close to 5 laps to my one walk around. Granted I was just killing time and enjoying the sun and air, but it was a little embarrasing. I think you can run anywhere, there are people who even run on the busy sidewalks, you just have to get used to it. Where there is a will there's a way! Good luck and have fun and remember to slow down and look every once in a while!
