Actually its true. Not neccesarilly that pic but stuff like that does happen. My Coworker (not the one who sent it) is from Kenya, and she has seen it before, and it has actually happened to her aunt. I was creeped out because me being the intellectual I am had to go and confirm if it was true or false (Snopes was the first place I went) But I found some REAL pictures on different medical websites and google image.

And False no heated toilet seat (I wish)
