ジョッキ is somehow from the English "jug". Very important vocabulary - 大ジョッキ= about 500ml of beer and 中ジョッキ is a smaller amount - don't know myself - only for girls .

サービス is indeed a freebie - usually in a restaurant/bar - yummmm 枝豆. Nothing like a 大ジョッキ and 枝豆 in the local 居酒屋.

ハンドル is a steering wheel (steering "handle").

What is the answer to 二かける二は？

二かける二 = 4, is it not, kanji = 掛ける??? I'm thinking it means to multiply.

Yes, the answer is 4. 2X2=4 I've never written it out in kanji before, so I assume you're correct in the kanji, but I'd have to check to be certain. Although a simple x usually does the trick for me! (^o^)

Before 福沢諭吉（ふくざわゆきち） came to adorn the 10,000 yen bill, it was 聖徳太子(Shotoku Taishi). Apparently some people weren't pleased about the change at first. I've seen those Shotoku Taishi bills, and I must admit that I like them too!
