Song in Silent Hill?

I just saw the silent hill film, really liked it! But near the begining theres a song which I think comes on the radio, I was wondering if it was Utada Hikaru. It sounded so much like some of her english music, does anyone know?

The song's name is "Letter From the Lost Days" and is originally from SH3. I Have unfortunately forgotten the name of the artist.
