As we are in food, I had an scrambled ostrich egg with some friends last Sunday. The most surprising was not its huge size, but the fact that it was "made in Japan" (the ostriches were born and bred in Japan). Funny because I've been looking hard for ostrich/emu meat in Japan and it's almost impossible to find.
