Recommendation for Japanese radio station

I have been trying to find a Japanese radio station that can help me on training my Japanese listening skill. I know a few news radio station (eg. NHK) but listening to news is still too advance for me. Basically I am looking for a radio station that broadcast a wide range of talk shows, preferably casual talks. Can anyone recommend a good radio station that I can listen online? Thanks!!

In addition to Krazy Kat's recommendation (which looks good), I'll post the following links. They're not exactly what you're asking for, but there might be something (sorry, I haven't checked them personally). Internet radio stations in Japanese come and go, so you'll have to find the ones you like on your own.

NHK Internet broadcast used to have the "slow mode" feature that slowed down the speed of the broadcast. It looks like they don't have it any longer. TBS (JNN network) has video news broadcast accompanied by transcript of each news article. Maybe you'll find some of the human-interest news informative:

TBS also broadcasts some of its radio programs on the Web, but they're aimed at the Japanese audience:
