3. Not yet, but I'll be looking again soon and I'll be looking without benefit of my employer paying my housing. I'll probably need to downsize.

9. No. I intend to live in my own apartment. Though more contact with Japanese nationals would be welcome, it is not not enough incentive to live in a dormitory.
