Add says it means "the divine in me". Is it true or it's something completely different? ))
and What is the unfinished character in the end?

.... well it kinda looks like it might be grass script but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't Japanese at all. If it is Japanese what -does- it say?

はあぁぁ。。。そうですか？ Now that you say it I can kind of see かみはじぶんの but the rest is incomprehensible even knowing what it should be. Well, thanks for the transliteration.
It is a lot prettier script than most tattoos, I'll give it that.
