I met this grammar construction but not sure what it really mean in this context, appreciates some Japanese experts who could clarify this correctly !
Story: a general 曹操 is just starting to attack a castle, but then received report that there are no enemy's soldiers left inside (they're retreating)
(*note about character's relationship :
-陳珪 is military strategist of 曹操
-香風ちゃん is her subordinate
-張文遠 (張遼 文遠) is enemy's general)
陳珪「香風ちゃんから報告です。城内に、一切の敵の姿は見受けられませんでしたわ」

曹操「……まさかここまで見事に撤退しているとはね。さすが神速の用兵が自慢の張文遠といったところかしら」(my guess but not sure : "I guess this is the work/ plan of 張文遠, renowned for her impressive lightning-fast troop's maneuvers." ? Feel free to correct my mistakes or add missing nuances)
