I thought sure they would get him on giving booze to a minor. Wonder if they wll have a go at him in civil court?

Frank

😊

Hope everybody will leave him alone!!!!! hahaha damm,,,, so that means im not good enough for cnn!!! ( have you been watching the whole last hour?)

I figured that would be the outcome. I always said that I didn't think that he was a child molestor or pedophile. In my opinion I think he is, mentally, still a child. Did he actually sleep in the same bed as those boys? Sure he did as would any kids of the same age if they had a sleepover or something like that. And in Michaels head he is still around 12 years old. It's pretty sad in a way. Did he molest them or have sex with them? I don't think so. If he did, then he should've been sent away for life or at least to a mental institution.

Maybe he'll learn a lesson from all this and come to grips with himself that he is a 40 something year old guy and no matter what, it is not cool to be hanging around with young boys regardless of your mental age.

HE IS PETER PAN!!!

it is really sad, he is still a child in his mind! he needs a longggggggggg break now, as he is really BROKEN .... leave the guy alone!!!!! you stupid moms, that just want money, get somebody else, go to brad pitt or something

I'm sure the reason he was not guilty on all counts had something to do with the 100 page instructions submitted to the jury by the judge. The key was that they had to prove that him supplying alcohol was directly related to him trying to molest the children. They weren't trying to get him for just supplying alcohol to minors.

yeah, the prosecution could probably win and award, or should teach a class in how NOT to build a strong case also. ALmost every witness they brought up ended up making Jackson looks better, and they couldn't come up with any good persuasive arguments.

This just helps reaffirm my complete disdain of the US justice system.

maybe that's because he was innocent?

this has all been a witch hunt from the beginning...

My thoughts on this...

1) I believe M.J did touched little boys.
2) I believe the cancer survivor's mother was a money looking witch...
3) I believe the prosecution made some bad mistakes (the cancer survivor's mom)
4) I believe the other boys that testified lied, (Macaulay Culkin:eek:)
5) M.J. is f***ed up and he should getting like 6 years of mental help.
6) I believe the jury looked at the evidence and not the person.👍

Thats the problem Mac, our justice system really doesn't care who is innocent or guilty, just which side can present a better argument.

It really surprised me when I heard that he was not guilty of all charges. I expected at least he was found guilty on the minor charges.

Now, Jacko can rest, party and (try to) enjoy life again (I guess)..

I'd never be able to listen to 'Beat It' again without some distaste if he had been proven guilty. :smash: :music:

I have heard some of the jury actually think he is guilty of abusing some children, except that the evidence put forward by the prosecution was very weak. Therefore they put forward a innocent verdict. I hope he has learnt from this and will not do anything that can put him in this position again. I don't think he can dodge the bullet again and prison will probably kill him.

I didnt think he would be found guilty, he seems like he needs mental help.

prison would kill him for sure yeah!!! he should take care that he wont get in this position again... or maybe his familie should take care of that!!!!

hope he get some rest the next couple of years, and then come out with a album again!!!!! because he is still the King of Pop

I think the last thing he needs is his family. It is his parents that have probably made him what he is today. He has mentioned in the past that he never really had a childhood.

so who should take care of him then?? he dont trust his household anymore ( as the all testified against him) , his family made him this way, and he can not life alone...

so the qeustion is excualy: WHAT IS NEXT, WHAT WILL MICHAEL DO?

I merged dutch baka's thread into Frank's thread since we don't need two around and since Frank was one minute faster at posting his... :p

Anyway, I don't know what to think about this whole ordeal. No one knows for sure what he did or didn't do.

Michael is strange, sure. Does it make him guilty? No. I'm loving him being found innocent. Like Mac said, this was simply a witch hunt. You smear someone's name in the media, and automatically he is guilty and everyone wants to see him go down. Show me some evidence that he is guilty, and I'll gladly watch him rot in jail. Until then, leave the guy alone.

haha, thats okay kirei!!! thanks for that!!

i think he did something, but yeah in his mind it would be inocent!

Well, in my humble opinion, weather M.J. is really guilty or not. He brought most of this upon himself. In 1993 when he was first charged, and decided to settle the first case, M.J. should have been smart enough not to surround himself with a whole bunch of boys. Second of all, he should know that admiting that he allows boys to sleep in his room is considered unacceptable by the standards by society. Simply becuase the mentality is, he is a pedophile. Even though he probably isn't. Now, I hope he's learned from this. There's nothing wrong with loving children (if that's what he wants to call it) but seriously, he needs to be careful of his actions, because people are more vigilant of him now, more than ever. And finally, personally I don't want to watch the news ten years from now, and there he is again. Fighting off child molestation charges, because in all honesty, it gets old.

1.He has become this way of his ****** up youth. He had to work since he was young and never had a good youth. It got to him...and he likes to relive his youth..He is mentally not a 100%
2.This trial cost him so much money his problems are not over yet, he'll be in serious moneyproblems...He had wished he never invited some kids over(wich oddly enough their parents allowed :?...Smelling money maybe ?)
3.Because the American legal system is based on who is the best in making people believe nonsense rather than proving anything he got relieved of charges.Guess the Americans are good lawyers afterall ;-)...

Conclusion : Don't invite kids over and act like bloody Peter Pan :p
