Help Need help with my Japanese Short Essay

A short essay about my daily life is attached below, please let me know if it is grammatically correct, or ways that I can improve my writing.
Also, there are a few things that I am unsure of and would like to clarify:
1) in which part of the sentence should I use the word ときどき ie: the beginning, in the middle
2) if I use the phrase それから, is it considered the same sentence or should I start a new sentence as I have done below

わたしは まいあさ ７じに おきます。

それから あさごはんを たべます。

わたしは いつも あさごはんに ぱんと バナナお たべます。

８じから べんきゅうします。

ごご１じに ひるごはんを たべます。

わたしは いつも ひるごはんに かぞくと たべます。

ときどき ともだちと たべます。

１じはんから ５じまで へやで しゅくだいを します。

ときどき ともだちと としょかんで します。

それから ははと くるまで スーパーへ やさいとにくを かいます。

それから うちで かえります。

８じに かぞくと ばんごはんを たべます。

それから テレビを みます。

わたしは いつも ちゅごくごとにほんごの えいがを みます。

わたしは まいばん １１じに ねます。

Both ときどきともだちとたべます。 and ともだちとときどきたべます。 are OK. The former one would be more common.

2)
It's the latter, two sentences.

in the 3rd line: バナナを
4th: べんきょうします
the 2nd line from the bottom: ちゅうごくご

わたしは いつも ひるごはんに かぞくと たべます。

The particle after ひるごはん is wrong.

それから ははと くるまで スーパーへ やさいとにくを かいます。

You need to add another verb after スーパーへ because くるまでスーパーへかいます doesn't make sense.
(hint: you go to the supermarket by car, and buy vegetables and meats.)

それから うちで かえります。

The particle after うち is wrong.

Yes, it's ひるごはんを, not に.
The order of words are relatively free in Japanese, so かぞくと ひるごはんを たべます and ひるごはんを かぞくと たべます are both OK.

2)
いきます is a form used at the end of a sentence, so a period should be put after it. "And " is そして.

それから ははと くるまで スーパーへ いきます。 そして やさいとにくを かいます。

You can use the -te form いって or -masu stem いき to connect clauses, but you may not have learned yet.

それから ははと くるまで スーパーへ いって、 やさいとにくを かいます。
それから ははと くるまで スーパーへ いき、 やさいとにくを かいます。

What if I change the sentence to this one, Is it grammatically correct? The amount of information that I am giving to the listener is almost the same, except for the transportation part.
ははと スーパーで やさいとにくを かいます。
