most of it is really hard to read because there's so little contrast. I see a few names and places in katakana, and 注意しなければなりません. Looks like a 2nd grader made a treasure map...
石近 can be a (quite rare) family name, given name or place name, reading "Ishichika". Although I strongly believe it must be a typo or poorly-written 右.so what's the reading if "koku" is combined with the 4th kanji? is the 4th reads as "gon"?
