Looking for Tadashi Tsunoda from Shibukawa, Gunma

I am not sure if this is the right place but I am looking for my father. I know this is not new to you as there are a lot of Filipinos like me who has Japanese fathers. His name is Tadashi Tsunoda [phone number removed]. That's his number. I am not sure if its a mobile or a landline number. Those are the only things that I know from him and that he has a brother named Yoshiki Tsunoda.
P.S. He likes baseball and he also volunteers as a fireman in Gunma. Not sure if he is still active now. Haven't him since 1st grade. Almost 20 years ago I guess.
