I am Lomico, my dad's name is Minoru Dobashi I am looking for him. I hope this will trend and will soon found him, I was born in manila, my birthday is September 28, 1995. My mother died few years ago, it was hard for me. I am hoping he could help me specially now he has a granddaughter with me. She's a month old and my partner is sick. Firstly, good luck with your search. His passport number is not useful information as only people in the ministry of foreign affairs would be able to access his information, and certainly would not do that.

To find him, more useful information would be his name in Japanese characters, and an address, email, or phone number. But with only a prefecture and a name, I don't think that anyone will be able to help.

Please imagine if I asked you to find Jose Rizal in Luzon, would you be able to do so?
