Looking for movie recommendations

Hi all.

Three of my all time favorite movies are Japanese:

Memories of Matsuko- The only spiritual, comedy, drama, tragedy ,musical with some animation thrown in that I am aware of.... truly a one of a kind movie. Doubt there is anything else like it.

Say Hello for Me- Wow- The Ultimate Tear Jerker? Very moving movie

Be with You- Another tear-jerker- with a slight super natural twist


Does this list remind anyone of any movies- or any others like them?

Though be prepared, Memories of Matsuko is INTENSE.

I watched this movie a while ago, and the unusual story line has stayed with me.

As a matter fact, I just watched Memories of Matsuko just last week.
