Looking for lost Japanese Mother

I am trying to locate a woman named Yoko (Sakihara) Dunn. Her last known place of residence was in Okinawa . Her daughter, Sheri, desperately wants to know if she is still living, and where. Yoko is deaf-mute and has a sister named Keiko.
