Looking for lost Japanese Mother

I am trying to locate a woman named Yoko (Sakihara) Dunn. Her last known place of residence was in Okinawa. Her daughter, Sheri, desperately wants to know if she is still living, and where. Yoko is deaf-mute and has a sister named Keiko.
