well the reason i''m asking is i'm looking for this girl i met during new years week. i only saw her twice and i'm trying to find her.she works at a japanese restaurant in the mall. i'm not sure what her surname is. i just got her first name but i never got her to write her name down. and when i talk to someone there they don't know who i'm talking about. but she told me she was from japan. i think someone told me about everyone there is chinese or vietnamese.

I think (if I understood what he was trying to say) that he meant he's trying to figure out what the girl's name is.
My advice is: "Let it go". If you see her at the restaurant again say "Hello", but hanging around there and asking people about her is only going to seem creepy and stalkerish.

No. He is having her name tattoed on his chest first. THEN, he is inviting her to his room to show her the shrine he has built to her inside his closet. You can't just walk up to her and say "hey". Geez, kenjirou.... haven't you ever asked out a girl before?
