Lactose-free Japanese weight gainers and food milk

I ask this because I think many Japanese up to some extent have lactose intolerance. I have lactose intolerance so I can't take any dairy or dairy containing foods. Do you also know Japanese food nutrition milk? This is usually sold as a canned powder to be mixed in water like milk and given to kids with low appetite. This one sometimes is also lactose-free.
 
I know a lot of stores carry soy milk... I don't know if this is lactose-free. It is a different world to me.

Yes soy milk is lactose-free but rather than milk substitute, I am looking for meal substitute since my aim is to gain more weight. As far as I know soy milk is high in protein only (and calcium may be) just like cow milk.
