Jpop charts? Is there a website...?

I was wondering if there is a website that has the Japanese charts... you know, like the Pop charts?

If it's in English that would be really great, but if not that's fine too ^^ (Like not in Kanji and Hiragana... in romaji?)

Not if you explore a bit. They give you the weekly single and album rankings in English, but to get daily or monthly sales, or sales of DVDs and other media, you have to look them up in Japanese. Here's the rankings page itself, album rankings in English, and single rankings in English.
