John Saxon passes. If you are into the Martial Arts you probably remember him.

I really enjoyed him with Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon. I was into judo and karate years ago. It actually was my life style in Miami, Okinawa and in Hachioji (Tokyo ).

Just shy of 84 years old. He had over 200 credits to his name but I think his work with Bruce Lee was all I had seen of his filmography knowingly. He carried himself with some authority, and I remember feeling like I should know who he was when I first saw Enter the Dragon. Apparently, much of his work was as a detective or cop. He last worked in 2009 in TV and seems to have worked up until his death in film.

He was a Judo and Shotokan Karate practitioner, as well as doing Jeet Kun Do with Bruce Lee.
