Japanese videos with Japanese subtitles

Are there any free Japanese videos on the 'net with proper Japanese (i.e. with kanji and possibly furigana) subtitles?

I am not talking about grammar lessions people may have created on Youtube - I am talking about real people talking, TV programmes, movie clips or documentaries with Japanese subtitles.

You could check famous japanese programs on youtube (mechaike, london hearts, suberenai hanashi), or become a member of hulu which has quite a lot of Japanese movies with subtitles on it.
