Why do you need the site to use furigana? Do you think it's to troublesome looking up words in a dictionary or a website? Maybe use something like https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/rikaichan/
that would make it easier perhaps and you can use whatever site you like.
Using the rikaichan plugin with the Mozilla Firefox browser gives you a pop-up dictionary that shows meaning of kanji when you mouse over them. I use it a lot. rikaichan | polarcloud.com
You can also paste a website url in the Hiragana Megane site and it will display the webpage with furigana above the kanji Hiragana Megane (How to Read Japanese)
Thanks a lot about this, it was very helpful. I didn't know about this browers' extensions. I'm using rikaikun and it's great. I probably have a B1 level, but anytime I'm trying to read a webpage, kanjis I still don't know become a big obstacles for me.
www3.nhk.or.jp/news/easy/ looks good too. It's always nice to have the transcriptions by the listenings.
