Japanese scroll translation

Hey!

I have had a japanese scroll at home for a while and i am very curious about the meaning of the characters. Is there anyone here who can translate it? I would also appreciate it if anyone has some background info on this scroll.

I also posted this on japanforum and they had a great deal of trouble translating this scroll. :? I hope you can make something out of it.

Sorry I can't translate it, but it looks cool..
you could try google translate, if your computer has the ability to let you write the kanji, that is. (i have a small tool box attatched to my task bar - IME PAD)

Shinkun(= an honorific title of Tokugawa Ieyasu) okoma tsunagi no matsu
The pine tree that Tokugawa Ieyasu's horse was hitched to


As a historical fact, Tokugawa Ieyasu left *Nijou Castle in Kyoto for *The Siege of Osaka Summer Campaign on the 5th May Genna 1.
