Japanese Language Courses

I am looking to do some language courses to learn fluent Japanese, I think I can get the NAVY to pay for it, If not I can use my G.I. bill but I am looking to do some sort of Language courses or college... To become fluent in Japanese so anyone got some suggestions? As I am not literate on this topic I did some searching but no questions answered.

Did you check your local community college? Should be a good place to start.

Have a look for the Pimsleur courses if you only want to learn spoken Japanese.
