Japanese for Young People

I can across this on Amazon today and ordered it (hell yeah, I'm 18, still a young ************). It's by the same writter as the Japanese for Busy People. I've never tried either (will be trying JFYP soon) so I don't know about either, all I know if I've heard good things about JFBP.

Ever tried JFYP, what you think of it?

I don't know.

But damn, having a few good books and a DVD really helps. I got a dated 1984 video on japanese and 2 books so far, and it is enmourously helpful. Speaking japanese really isn't that hard. And I got them for free on members of these forums!

It seems alot easier than english, actually.

From the little I've seen of Japanese so far, it appears to be MUCH easier than French or German, I was quite shocked, but happy .
