Japanese expressions

Konnichiwa, minna-san. Shitsumon ga arimasu. Do you know all of the japanese expressions(tatoeba: 首/kubi=fired)? If you do, please tell me the direct english meanings and why.

Start with 気, and we'll go from there.

I guess next would be 首.

Then you could look into 目.

Then of course there's 口.

After that move on to 耳.

Then comes 腹.
And then 顔.

And how could I have possibly forgotten about 手?

Similarly, there's also 腕.

And let's not forget about 足.

And getting away from body parts, there are all of the 虫.

Nope. There're also 頭, 髪, and 息, and those are just the ones we thought of. It's likely there are more.

And if you can say 定番 for instance, you've got the expression for an expression.... The direct meaning, though ??? That's slightly more challenging. Something to do with a regular product line or goods coming to market, perhaps....
