Japan is considering allowing civil servants a four-day workweek to attract more to join the government, which has a reputation for long working hours.

So instead of five 12-hour workdays, they will probably have four 14-hour workdays.

Or maybe because of Covid and all that, they now have the ability to work the 5th day at home remotely.
