Hmm, one could best describe it as party-punk. Best experienced while under the influence of huge amounts of alcohol. 
I was going to suggest Nonstop Body... but they're from Korea.
They are on a Japanese label though...

OI!! is music style witch first apeared i UK. ussually skinheads listen OI!!
but now it is quet popular amongst punks skankers and so
it is very funny and cherful music. it is best to listen it in the pub or in party and cry OI! OI! OI! with beer bottle. there is OI!/punk style too
its quet agressive,fast and not so funny as OI!!. Sreetpunk (father of OI!)
is slower style with some ballad stuff.
i know only one J-OI! band COBRA but i was not able to find MP3 in internet
