"It's really painfull when i see people who graduated and got good jobs...You can imagine that."
This statement made me think of my wife, whose dream was always to go to a university. When she graduated high school in Osaka, her mother would not let her go to university because her older brothers hadn't gone to university. Japanese traditional thinking was that it would be unseemly and embarrassing to the older brothers if their younger sister had a better education.
After our kids were raised, I told her that if a university has always been her dream, then she should quit talking about it and just go. So she enrolled as a freshman at age 55. She's now on her third year, and getting top grades.
So it's never too late to pursue a dream.
