Anyway, the title Sukautoman (= talent-spotter in the entertainment industry) can be correct since it fits the contents of the lyrics, but I can't find any information about Shin'ichiro Kawasaki from a quick google search. (Shin'ichiro and Kawasaki are both relatively common names, so there are many people of the same name.)

There is a Japanese musician named Shin Kawasaki who now lives in California who does music like this. I can find nothing to show he produced the song "Sukautoman" . If the song was just made for the Turkish TV show called "46 Yok Olan" it may have been a one time song just for the TV show and is not on an album. I found my info by Googling the name "Shin Kawasaki". His full name is Shinichro Kawasaki but he shortened it to just Shin.
