Try Sushi Midori Katsu Seibu bldg Shibuya in Shibuya. They don't take reservations. The line can get long but it moves quickly especially if you are only one or two people. Best to get there early.
For other restaurants or near Ginza, check Google or Tabelog.

The problem is that waiting is not an option for us. Maybe you have some ideas about places that have separate VIP rooms that can be booked in advance, or just decent places where you can reserve a table by phone or online in advance? Thank you very much.
