My vote for both Chinese and Japaneses but my sister is with me and he said Japaneses food more good and simple for healthy and dieting loving women...not fat and slimming maintain recipes..

I love both, but know Japanese food better .... and it is certainly a lot healthier.

My wife doesn't like Chinese food so I only eat it a few times a year and always look forward to it.

With Chinese food it's also interesting to eat it when you visit another country .... the taste usually changing slightly to suit the locality.

Japanese food healthier? Are you joking me?

Have you seen Tempura, it's basically KFC with seafood.

And that deep fried chicken thing called karage

And miso soup? basically a bowl of salty fungi water.

And Lamen? Not any healthier than it's Chinese counter part.

Tonkatus? Fried pork? Are you kidding me? Give you heart attack.

Natto? Instead of eating beans the healthy and normal. The Japanese makes it rot and smelly.

THe use of mayonnaise in Japan is the highest in the world.

Sure Chinese also makes some unhealthy food, but Chinese food is much more technical, complicated and varies greatly from region to region.

This is the first time in my more than 50 years, have I heard someone express the opinion that Chinese food is healthier than Japanese!

You are welcome to express your opinion of course.

Out of interest; why do you use this forum? I'm genuinely puzzled as you have a clear dislike of Japan and the Japanese judging by your posts.

Do you just take some kind of pleasure in antagonising, provoking and annoying people?

Well good for you. Get out more and try more food instead of hanging around white people that only compare sweet & sour pork with Sashimi and you might get a different opinion.

what are you talking about?

There are a lot of things I like about and hate about Japan.

I like Japanese language > Chinese language.

I like kanji (Shinjitai) > simplified Chinese.

But I like Chinese stroke order > Japanese stroke order (just look at they write 土 and 田)

I like Japanese people's manner > Chinese.

I like Japanese porn > CHinese porn (non-existant)

but when it comes to food, objectively speaking.

taste wise: Southern Chinese > Northern CHinese > Japan> Korean

health wise: Northern Chinese > Korean > Southern Chinese > Japan

Someone is claiming Japanese food is the least healthy of China, Korea and Japan. That joke will last me for the day.

You really are funny.
Peculiar rather than haha ..... but, anyway .... don't let me stop you ... carry on.

since "Chinese" and "Japanese" are just about as broad you can get in terms of cuisine, both.

There is no argument bro that Chinese food is much tastier and healthier. Can you get ツ湘??堋ォナ陳「 in Japan? It probably the most delicious and healthiest dish a man can get, my wife was very happy with the result. Any ways.
Okay, putting two ingredients on top of each other is not "cooking". So therefore Sushi is not considered dish, just two ingredients.
If you look at all Japanese cooking that require cooking, almost all come from China and Korea, for example Ramen (Chinese Lamian), Yakiniku (Korean BBQ), Gyoza (Chnese jiaozi), yakisoba (Chowmien), Tofu and of course rice itself which came from china to Japan. And many others if you bother to do some research once in a while.
There are few native Japanese dishes, but a large proportion of Japanese food are really Chinese food with some bit of variation.
Good thing is that Chinese are so much more creative when it comes to food than Japanese, Chinese can use ingredients that no other Japanese even have the balls to touch such as monkey brains.
But who knows maybe one day, the Japanese will steal another famous Chinese dish, give it a kunyomi name, commerialise it to the Western world.

Let's all thank the Chinese man for telling us about the superiority of China... yet again.

I prefer Japanese food, especially Sushi food, whose taste is very delicate. From Japan Sushi is a very famous food in world. This is the reason that Sushi restaurants are popular in New York.
